Gardens at Central Park: This project consists of improvements to a portion of Broken Arrow's Central Park off South Cedar Avenue. The improvements will consist of a base bid that includes concrete sidewalks, flagstone, asphalt patch which will improve drainage and provide accessible parking, grading and drainage improvements, deciduous and evergreen trees, shrubs and ornamental plantings, solid slab sodding, signage, irrigation, and miscellaneous site amenities. Add Alternate 1 for a pergola, add alternate 2 for a small water feature, add alternate 3 for park benches, and add alternate 4 for the large canopy trees.
