Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the Town of Fairfield, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The project generally consists of replacing approximately 514 feet of 8-inch sewer main, connection of services, manhole replacement, pavement patching, surface restoration and related work.
