Site work, paving and renovation of a municipal facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
Project was awarded to Ascend Commercial Builders in the amount of $1,700,314.98. This project is to renovate the Public Works Field Office located at 2300 S 1st Place, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. It will include a base bid and three alternates. The base bid includes renovations to the east portion of an existing steel frame building. The administration building includes all new interior walls and finishes, new mechanical and electrical systems, and a revised entrance. The office consists of open office space, conference rooms, a laboratory, and supporting spaces. The roof is to be replaced for the east administration building and the connecting west warehouse. The asphalt parking at the east administration building is to receive crack sealant, fog seal, and new striping per plans. Alternate 1 is for a Thin Brick Panel system over existing concrete base and at entrance per elevations. Alternate 2 is to replace all MSR wall panels at Field Office. And Alternate 3 is to add a fume hood (infrastructure for fume hood to remain in base bid).
