Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the bid price, in one of the following forms: - A bid bond issued by a financial institution, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the bid opening date; or - A certified cheque, money order or bank draft made payable to the Project Manager; or - An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a bank, savings or credit union or trust or savings company and conforming to the provisions of the Project Manager's "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" form.
