Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The City of Columbus is accepting bids for Westgate Boiler 2 Replacement 2024, the work for which consists of installation of new boiler, building automation and controls connections, piping connections, electrical connections, pipe insulating NOTICE TO PROCEED/CONTRACT COMPLETION All work shall be substantially complete within 180 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. QUESTIONS Questions pertaining to the plans and specifications must be submitted in writing only to the project manager, via email at kamay@columbus.gov prior to 2PM on July 23, 2024. DESCRIPTION A. Westgate Community , 455 S. Westgate Ave., (43204). Installation of Lochinvar FBN1751 Boiler which shall include but not be limited to: 1. Replacement of boiler #2 2. Replacing or realigning piping as needed for replacement 3. Attach new flue to existing chimney with any needed modifications 4. Connect new boiler to existing Building Automation System (BAS) controls. Provide BacNet card with boiler 5. Connect new boiler to existing DDC system 6. Connect to existing electrical as required by manufacturer 7. Reuse and/or replace required insulation 8. Crane may be required and all equipment shall be provided by selected vendor
