City of Bellflower will receive Proposals for providing On-Call Construction Management & Inspection services for Federal/State/Local Public Works Projects Postmarks Will Not Be Accepted. Failure of, or disturbances in, any mail service is not a legitimate reason for the Proposals to be submitted after the above due date; During the business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every other Friday. City calendar is posted online. Submit three (3) copies of your Proposals along with one (1) copy of your Fee Proposal in a separate sealed envelope. It should be understood that the final fee will be negotiated with the City. As part of the Fee Proposal, please provide a breakdown of the fee by labor hours and reimbursables. All submitted proposals will be reviewed and analyzed by City staff and the proposals which best meet the City's needs will be selected for further analysis. The best qualified proposals will result in an awarded on-call agreement for construction inspection and construction management services. Multiple consultant awards may occur. The City of Bellflower reserves the right, in its sole discretion during the selection process, to reject any or all submittals or any portion without exception or explanation. City also reserves the right to utilize this selection process for other such public works projects as may occur within three years of any resulting contracts.
