Site work and paving for a civil project in Reardan, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of constructing approximately 7,700 feet of 8-Inch diameter and 6-inch diameter Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) sewer pipe rehabilitation, approximately 3,800 feet of 8-inch sewer pipe replacement, 390 feet of 8-inch diameter pipe replacement by pipe bursting, rehabilitating or replacing manholes, asphalt patching, surface restoration, and related work. Additional work includes telemetry and electrical improvements at the Town lift station Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the Town of Reardan, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price. All work performed will be subject to the higher of State or Federal (Davis-Bacon) prevailing wage rates. The Successful bidder will be required to conform to the wage requirements prescribed by the federal Davis-Bacon and Relate Acts which requires that all laborers and mechanics employed by contractors and subcontractors performing on contracts funded in whole or in part by SRF appropriations in excess of $2000 pay their laborers and mechanics not less than the prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits, and determined by the Secretary of Labor, for corresponding classes of laborers and mechanics employed on similar projects in the area This project is funded in part by the Washington State Department of Ecology. Neither the State of Washington nor any of its departments or employees are, or shall be, a party to any contract or subcontract resulting from this solicitation of bids. Award of the construction contract is contingent upon approval by the funding agency. The Town shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
