JANITORIAL SERVICES OF MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS The City of Haltom City invites qualified, experienced vendors with a proven track record to submit sealed proposals for the procurement of Janitorial Services for municipal buildings. Two hardcopies and one USB must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: Attn: Purchasing Agent City of Haltom City RFP# B2024-151-001 Janitorial Services Due: August 15, 2024, 10:00 A.M. Proposals received after the specified date and time will be returned unopened. All questions must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 9, 2024. Evaluation and Award: The successful bidder will be awarded a three (3) year contract effective from the awarding date of this contract with two (2) additional one (1) year options. The City will select the Proposer that they have determined offers the best value to the City based on the proposal evaluation criteria. All inquiries about this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to: purchasing@haltomcitytx.com. The City of Haltom City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in the proposals received.
