It is the responsibility of the contractor to provide all supervision, prevailing wage labor, materials, equipment, service operations and expertise required to demolish the existing unit, provide and install (1) 6-Ton Trane Precedent Heat Pump Package Rooftop Unit Model# WHC074H4RGA, with Economizer and backup electric heat at the Robinswood Tennis Center. This project is to be complete in accordance with specifications, as built drawings and Trane Precedent Heat Pump Packaged Rooftop attached here. For Projects Estimated Between $35,001-$350,000 Project Manager Estimate: $98,000.00 1. SHARED PROCUREMENT PORTAL: Notice is hereby given that the sealed bids will be received by the City of Bellevue until the date and time located above. At that time such bids will be opened, publicly read and tabulated for submission to the City Council at a future council meeting. 2. REJECTION OF BIDS: The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No Bid may be withdrawn until sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening thereof. 3. TIME OF COMPLETION: Work under this contract shall begin with Notice to Proceed from the City.
