Atsion Recreational Area Roof Replacement Location: Wharton State Forest, US-206 - Hammonton, Burlington County, NJ Single Bid (lump sum all trades) General Construction (C008) OR General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009) OR Roofing - Tile/Slate/Shingles (C072) CCE: $400,000 Roofing - Tile/Slate/Shingles (C072) a. Removal and dispose of all roofing assemblies, including flashings on all areas in the Scope of Work entirely, down to the existing roof deck and flashing substrates as indicated. b. Remove & discard and address abandoned roof-top equipment and penetrations as indicated. c. Replace damaged or deteriorated wood plank roof deck and wood blocking and/or fascia trim as necessary and as indicated. d. Install new asphalt shingle assembly with all new underlayment and flashings. e. Install adhered modified bitumen roof membrane assembly on valleys and related area roofs as indicated. f. Replace all sheet metal gutters, leaders and roof edge flashings as indicated. g. Remove and discard existing skylight assembly and replace with new skylight assembly as indicated. h. Install new or re-used lightning protection system to provide certified installation. MBE (15%), WBE (6.9%)
