This Request for Proposals (the "RFP"), issued by the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario - Ottawa Children's Treatment Centre ("CHEO") for CHEO's Facilities Management and Planning (FMP) department, seeks a long-term partner to supply product and professional services for Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Controls. The successful proponent will assist in designing, implementing, and sustaining all BAS system and infrastructure modernization projects, ensuring the integration of new systems with the existing infrastructure and laying the groundwork for future developments. This requires upgrading our legacy controllers to a native BACnet IP infrastructure and assisting with major upcoming projects to develop a robust and future-proof BAS infrastructure. The successful Proponent will enter into a multi-year long-term agreement with CHEO for the supply of devices, controls and software systems. The successful Proponent will work with CHEO on executing a "Master Service Agreement" for products and professional services.
