Woodman Park Multi-Sport Court Restoration Project The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L Chapter 30, 39M. Bids will be opened at the Water/Sewer Business Office located at 16C Perry Way, Newburyport, MA 01950. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof. Contract award is subject to the approval of the Mayor. The City reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids or take whatever other action may be deemed necessary to be in the best interest of the City. Scope of Work for the Woodman Park Multi-sport Court Restoration Project includes but is not limited to: demolition of the existing court, site preparation, installation of erosion controls, earthwork, installation of 2 basketball goals (post, backboard & footing), installation of 60x 94 asphalt paving (4 thick), installation of plexipave resilient court surfacing, painting the entire court surface using two coat full acrylic playing surface, painting one set of basketball lines and two sets of pickleball lines with acrylic textured white line paint, installing players benches, loaming and seeding all disturbed areas, and any potential add alternates as listed.
