2024 Street Repair Program Each bid must contain the full name or names of the party or parties making the same, with an affidavit as to interested parties, and in the case of a corporation not chartered in Ohio, with a proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio, and each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty or Bid Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code or be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check on a solvent bank made payable to the order of the City of University Heights, the amount shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of University Heights, Ohio. SCOPE OF WORK The work embraced by this contract is located at Claridge Oval, Edgerton Road, Kerwick, South Belvoir Boulevard C.R. 284, Silsby Road C.R. 17 and Warrensville Center Road C.R. 4 and generally consists of, but is not limited to the following: Claridge Oval, Edgerton Road and Kerwick Road: Planing of asphalt concrete, installation of asphalt surface course, intermediate course and non-tracking tack coat, base repairs, curb removal and replacements, curb ramp removals and replacements, installation of detectable warnings, adjustment of castings and restoration of any areas disturbed by construction.
