Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in St Davids, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Fort Erie is requesting the tender for the reconstruction of Prospect Point Road North from Cutler Street to Highland Drive in the Ridgeway neighbourhood of Fort Erie. The general scope of work will include the upgrade of the existing road to an urban cross-section which includes curb and gutter, the installation of storm sewer infrastructure, new sidewalks and where required, streetlights. The Town has included works north of Cutler Street to Dominion Road. The scope of works will include but be not limited to curb and gutter repairs, appurtenance adjustments, surface course asphalt placement, sidewalk restoration and minor storm drainage works. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and the lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted.
