Bids must be submitted on the original bid forms provided when purchased. Compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code shall be required. Bidders must comply with Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Cuyahoga County as determined by the Department of Industrial Compliance & Labor. All additional bidding requirements are identified in the Bidding Documents. The City of Bay Village is accepting Bids from Contractors to replace an existing sanitary sewer manhole and patch the surrounding roadway.
