Charlotte Douglas International Airport is looking for a Company to design, install, de-install and maintain holiday décor and decorations of various sizes throughout the terminal and rental car facility. All décor and decorations must be code compliant and safe for all passengers within the terminal. There are tentatively 12-16 potential locations for large and small installation. Summary. The scope of this contract shall be to provide Holiday Décor Design, Fabrication,
Installation, Deinstallation and Maintenance Services of new and existing Holiday décor for the Charlotte Douglas International Airport terminal.
2. Services scope of work.
The Charlotte DouglasInternational Airport isseeking sealed proposalsfrom qualified vendorsto produce, install, and maintain holiday décor. The vendor that is selected (the Vendor) shall be responsible for supplying the equipment, materials the necessary personnel for the set-up, maintenance, and tear down
of the holiday décor. In comparing Proposals, consideration will not be confined to price only. The Airport is seeking qualified vendors who offer a high level of professionalism, excellent and reliable customerservice, and service and equipment that meets safety and code guidelines of the airport. The successful Proposer will be one whose product is judged to best serve the interests of airport leadership when price, product, safety, quality, performance, and delivery are considered. The Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or any part thereof, and to waive any minor technicalities. An agreement will be awarded to the responsive and responsible Proposer whose Proposal meets the requirements and criteria set forth in
this RFP.
