Reference Number 0000275156 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/14 11:59:00 PM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 2024/08/20 02:00:00 PM EDT The Museum is seeking Proposals from potential firms who have experience in providing professional services in accessibility for the Canadian Childrens Museum Renewal (CCMR) in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked Proponent who may then be invited to negotiate or to enter into a Contract with the Museum. The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Services described in the procurement documents. The selected Contractor will be required to provide practical and specific direction, review and feedback to the experience intentions and design plans for the Canadian Childrens Museum Renewal Project (CCMR) with the aim of improving accessibility. Elements to be reviewed include hands-on play activities, scenographic plans, technology integration, learning programs, visit tools including those provided via the Web, service area layouts (e.g., washrooms, baby care), and staff training. The Museum retains the right to negotiate with the Proponents on any aspect of the procurement. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
