Multiple Contractors may be selected to enter into Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity ("ID/IQ") contracts with the County for the provision of the services the proposed herein. The County intends to include up to two Contractors in this Master Agreement to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s). DESCRIPTION OF WORK A Job Order Contract is an indefinite quantity construction contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual Projects at different locations and facilities under the jurisdiction of the County. The Term of the Master Agreement is for a period of one (1) year, or when Job Orders totaling the Initial Contract Value have been issued, whichever occurs first. The successful bidder shall furnish a payment bond and a performance bond.
