To establish a Statewide Price Agreement for Facility Security Access Control and Video Surveillance equipment, Installation and Support throughout the State of New Mexico. The term of this agreement shall be for two (2) years from date of award with the option to extend for a period (s) of four (4) additional two-year terms, by mutual agreement of all parties and approval of the New Mexico State Purchasing Agent at the same price, terms and conditions. This agreement shall not exceed ten (10) years. The State of New Mexico reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid at any time and to reject any or all bids submitted, if such action is in the best interest of the State.
