The City is seeking a suitable qualified and experienced Supplier to supply clean washed 40mm aggregate for pipe backfill. It is The City's intention to pick up the materials at the Supplier's location. The Supplier is responsible for loading the materials onto The City-owned or contracted trucking pick-up and ensuring safe access for entry and exit at the site. The Supplier shall be responsible for the quality and functionality of all products supplied. The Supplier must examine The City's specifications for the size of the material to be supplied as detailed in Section B. SPECIFICATIONS and ensure that all materials meet or exceed these specifications. Upon request by The City, the Supplier shall provide written certification from a qualified testing laboratory at no extra cost to The City.
