Skagit County is interested in obtaining services for hydraulic maintenance and repair to various Skagit County Public Work sites that include, but may not be limited to: 1) Guemes Island Ferry shore facilities, 2) Guemes Island Ferry, 3) Solid Waste facilities, 4) Operations facilities, and/or 4) at the Contractors facility. The contract shall continue for a term of two (2) years from the date of execution, with the option to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional years. Contractor and all subcontractors shall have a contractors license to work in the State of Washington. a surety company bid bond, or a certified or cashier s check payable to the order of Skagit County for a sum not less than six thousand seven hundred fifty dollars and no/100 ($6,750.00) dollars which is five percent (5%) of the estimated contract amount. All questions or correspondence relating to this contract shall be in writing and submitted no later than 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 31, 2024 to Rachel Rowe, Project Manager, or by e-mail to rrowe@co.skagit.wa.us with the subject line reading, Hydraulic Maintenance and Repair Service. All Addenda will be posted on-line for this Project by 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 2, 2024. If further Addenda are required to be issued, the bid opening will be postponed. The Board of Skagit County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
