Reference Number 0000275107 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/06 03:00:00 PM NDT Power Engineering Services - College of the North Atlantic (CNA) Campus, Happy Valley - Goose Bay, NL The normal duration of the contract shall be 3 years and consist of an nitial 2-year term from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2026 and provision for a one year renewal term from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027. The one year renewal shall be automatic unless the owner, at its sole discretion and without cause, cancels the renewal term by giving the contractor written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the initial term. Should the start date be delayed for any reason so that the service is reduced, then the value of the contract will be reduced proportionately. Regardless of the start date the contract expiry date shall De August 31, 2027. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
