Reference Number: 0000358384 The scope of work for Tantum Park generally consists of milling and resurfacing the parking lot with hot mix asphalt, including replacing inlets and associated curbing. The lot will be striped with epoxy line paint, with appropriate spots and signage for ADA compliance. Alternate #1 will consist of the removal and replacement of an HMA walking path at Tantum Park, as well as the removal and replacement of a wood split-rail fence along Meadowbrook Drive. If indicated, bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the Township of Robbinsville.
