Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 3,940-square-foot municipal facility.
The City of St. Louis Port Authority (the Authority) plans to rehab a 3,940-square-foot commercial building situated on 0.09 acres at 900 North 1st Street for office and otherwise multi-use commercial space with adjacent surface parking. This project will require, at a minimum, architectural and interior design, structural engineering, landscape design, site planning, engineering for MEP, phone and data with corresponding licenses as required to practice in the State of Missouri. Because 900 North 1st was built in 1914, Respondents should have expertise in rehabbing old masonry structures and the preservation of their historical character. 900 N. 1st is not in an Historical District or Preservation Review Area. August 9, 2024 Deadline for Questions by Email to Designated Contact Questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Roland Comfort via email only: comfortr@stlouis-mo.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 9, 2024. If the Authority chooses to respond to any question(s), responses will be posted on the RFQ website as an addendum no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 12, 2024. September 12, 2024 Port Commission meets, its approval allows NTP If the selection committee so chooses, one or more respondents should be prepared to be interviewed during the week of August 19 through August 23, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
