The Town of Payson (Payson) invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for Project Management and/or Construction Management (PM/CM) Services. The selected firms will be placed on a list of pre-qualified firms that Payson will utilize for delivery of specific projects within its Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and for other services that may arise from time to time. Please note that Payson is also seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Professional Engineering Services and Architectural Services concurrent with this RFQ. Please see RFQ 2025-002-TOP-ENG and RFQ 2025-002-TOP-ARCH if your firm desires to submit a separate SOQ for those services. Contracts will be for a period of three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
