Minor Crushed Aggregate, this work consists of furnishing and placing crushed aggregate for bedding, backfill, and roadway aggregate on a prepared surface. Appendix D- Typical Cross Section with ABC. Estimated Notice to Proceed (NTP) To Be Determined The Navajo Division of Transportation (Navajo DOT) - Department of Roads reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in the proposals received. The term of the Service Contract will be a period of one year from the date of Notice to Proceed, with an option to renew the contract for continued services, which will be based upon the availability of funds. Renewal of the contract will be made only upon mutual agreement of both parties.
