The Board of Fire Commissioners of the Northumberland Fire District #1 is seeking proposals for the shimming, seal coating and striping the firehouse parking lot located at 1870 RT32N, Gansevoort, NY. The contractor will provide proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 (one million dollars). The contractor will provide written proof that they have workers compensation insurance they also shall show proof that they are licensed to do work in NY state. They also shall bid the project with the understanding that they shall pay prevailing wage rate and are registered with the NYS Dept. Of Labor to do so. The contractor will keep the driveway open for the entrance and exit of emergency vehicles and the parking of 15 private vehicles at all times. The contractor will air blow and clean parking lot, complete crack fill with hot rubberized filler, cracks 1/8 or larger, Furnish and install SQUEEGEE APPLICATION of Action Pave Coal Tar with sand (or equal), Approximately 48,000 square feet. Striping of the lot by the contractor will be 4 wide lines approximately 9 -0 by 18 -0. There will be 4 (four) accessible spaces painted blue and 74 non-HC spaces painted white.
