Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coldwater, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Severn's Public Works Department is seeking a qualified Contractor for construction services involving the rehabilitation of the Foxmead Road Culvert approximately 220 m east of Uhthoff Line. The work consists of culvert/watercourse improvements including sheet pile retaining walls, a new cast-in-place distribution slab and general grading. The project also consists of road improvements including a new guiderail system and road reconstruction. Severn is looking for credible providers who have the resources, capacity, capability, and experience to complete the work no later than October 31, 2024.
