AMENDMENT 0002 - 08/21/2024 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions and a photo log to help with contractor proposals. There are no other changes. Offer due date remains August 26th, 2024 @ 1700 (MT). PROJECT NAME: SOUTH SAGUACHE CREEK AOP CONSTRUCTION PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing culvert structure and Installation of government provided, 21' - 7" span 4' - 11" rise aluminum structural plate box culvert following design plans provided. PROJECT LOCATION: This project is located in Saguache County, Colorado. See Attachment J.4 Final Design Plans (10 Pages) for exact project location. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of Performance: 09/01/2025 to 12/01/2025 PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT SCHEDULED NO, SEE SECTION L. SUBMIT PROPOSALS TO WESTLEY.BISSON@USDA.GOV. DO NOT MAIL PROPOSALS. ADDITIONALLY, BID BONDS MAY BE SENT DIGITALLY RATHER THAN VIA MAIL. TECHNICAL QUESTIONS CAN BE SUBMITTED TO CHAS.HAMMOND@USDA.GOV.
