Renovation of an educational facility in Aiken, South Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovations to all restrooms in Science Building, renovations include floors, lighting, sinks, mirrors, partitions, repairs to carriers for toilets, and painting of walls. Due to the existing layout of the plumbing fixtures, some additional demolition and repair work will be needed in order to create ADA accessibility. Bidders shall submit bid in accordance with Hand-Delivery or Mail Service only. Small and Minority Business participation highly encouraged. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
