The Work to Be Performed Provides for the Improvement of Pedestrian Access at 3rd Court Nw, Including, but Not Limited to, Temporary Erosion Control, Sawcutting, Roadway Excavation, Removal of Pavement and Sidewalk, Installation of Cement Concrete Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter, Pavement Restoration, Asphalt Overlay Utility Trenching, Adjustment of Existing Utilities, Installation of Stormwater Drainage Systems, Property Restoration, Landscaping, and Irrigation. Questions Regarding This Bid May Be Directed to the City of Issaquah Transportation Manager, Melissa Greenheck (425) 837-3110 or Melissagisaquah Wa.gov. Proposals Shall Be on Forms Included in the Contract Documents and Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond (With an Authorized Surety Company as Surety), Made Payable to the City of Issaquah, in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Amount of the Bid. We Reserve the Right to Waive Any Irregularities or Informalities and to Reject Any or All Bids and to Award This Contract to a Single Bidder Based on the Lowest Responsible Bid for Aggregate Total of All Schedules.
