Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Denison, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Mustang Special Utility District is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) Services, necessary for the design and construction of the new Cottonwood Wastewater Treatment Plant, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The Project consists of: 1. Design and construction of a Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Wastewater Treatment Plant 2. Design should include considerations necessary for future expansion of the plant 3. Influent mechanically cleaned fine screens 4. Cast in place reinforced concrete tanks 5. Metal lab/office building 6. Toray or Kubota membranes 7. All necessary mechanical and electrical equipment The project site is located west of US Highway 75 and south of Farm to Market 902 in Grayson County, Texas.
