The Project consists of: The construction of two (2) water wells; The replacement of any damaged or disturbed property, including but not limited to property fences and graded drainage ways. The Silverado 1 Well site is located north of FM 2931 (Main Street) and east of Silverado Parkway in Denton County, Texas. The Temple Dane Well site is located east of FM 720 and south of Ryan Spiritas Parkway in Denton County, Texas. There will be no prebid meeting for this project. Question Deadline 08/13/2024 There will be no prebid meeting for this project. All requests for information (RFIs) Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The date that the Bidding Documents are issued by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Sealed Bids for the construction of Temple Dane Well and Silverado Well 1 will be received by the Mustang SUD Main Office, 7985 FM2931, Aubrey, TX 76227. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. Bids will be reviewed and scored based on the best value selection criteria outlined in the Bidding documents.
