Renovation of a library in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

As per the Owner the project has been postponed. This project will be rebid on a later date that has not yet been determined. An Addendum will be issued and a new bid opening date will be announced. The work on this project generally consists of the replacement of three (3) existing hot water pumps, piping, etc. at the Cherry Hill Public Library, located at 1100 Kings Hwy N, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. B. The Base Bid scope of work shall include the following: 1. Demolition of the existing heating hot water pumps, hydronic piping, valves, controls, etc. at the Library. 2. Demolition of the existing electrical feed to the pumps. Demolition of the existing disconnects, conductors and raceways. 3. Provision of new heating hot water pumps, valves, etc. at the Library. 4. Provision of new electrical service disconnects, electrical power circuits including conductors and raceways for proposed heating hot water pumps. 5. The heating hot water pumps shall be seamlessly integrated into existing BAS control panel. Provide all controls, control panels, controllers, wiring, relays, starters, components for seamless integration of new pumps into existing BAS. The sequence of operation for the new pumps shall be equal to the existing sequence. Controls shall be by Peterson Controls. The Cherry Hill Public Library will remain occupied and operational throughout the construction period. All construction activities in the occupied areas of the building must be closely coordinated with the Township of Cherry Hill. Activities shall be coordinated with occupants and staff so as to maintain a safe site and minimize disturbance to the Library's operations. The Township Council reserves the right to reject all proposals pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 (Rejection of Bids) and to waive such minor informalities as may be permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., Affirmative Action requirements. Bidders are also required to comply with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq., P.L. 2004, Chapter 19 (as amended by P.L. 2005, c.51).
