Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Marengo, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Scope of Services: o Building Demolition and removals ofspecified buildings. o Full removal ofspecified building foundation's / footings o Disconnect and Cap one sewer service. o Disconnect and remove one yard hydrant. o Supply and place compactable fill as needed. o Remove 4" from current surface grade. o Supply, grade and compact 4" of engineered sub base. o The work zone is approximately 16.000 sfit will be marked with white lines on the bid release date. o Supply and install two 2" x 50' conduit between city hall and the police station. The completion of the work on or before December 1st 2024. The City of Marengo reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or inconsistencies when deemed in the best interest of the City of Marengo.
