AHS seeks to retain the services of one (1) or more prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the on-going supply of Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) equipment, including batteries, and for the provision of maintenance services on the UPS systems. The Agreement will include all shipping, labour, transportation (including travel expenses), supplies, material, parts, tools, equipment and applicable taxes, and all other work and materials expressly required under this RFP or reasonable inferred whether or not expressly stated herein.
