Contractors that are properly licensed for this type of work are required to prequalify in order to bid. Project Address - 936 19th Street South Birmingham, AL 35294 Est $200K -240K *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project involves demolition of approximately 33 LF of an existing collapsed concrete retaining wall, as well as removal of bollards and railroad ties used as temporary shoring. The retaining wall will be replaced. The rehabilitation work will also include replacement of aggregate parking surface that has eroded, and installation of a guardrail along the top of the new retaining wall, as well as along the top of the remaining serviceable section of the retaining wall. The project also includes cleaning of existing storm drain inlets in the alley adjacent to the parking lot.
