Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Monroe, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The barn will be located at 1208 Criswell Road, Monroe, Georgia 30655. The new building will be pre-engineered metal. All drawings and specifications are intended to give a general idea of what should be provided for the building. The complete design and engineering will be at the discretion of the proposer. Contractor must supply drawing with proposal. All permits and inspections will be obtained and coordinated by the contractors. Fees will be waived by Walton County. A State of Georgia General Contractor's License will be required. Any concrete slab and foundation plans provided shall be designed by contractor's engineer/building manufacture and must be submitted to Walton County Code Office. No utilities are to be provided. Pre-Engineered Metal Building for Livestock Barn: Width: 60' Length: 90' Eave height 15 ' low side Roof pitch: 1: 12 Foundation shall be sized for the building, no slab foundation piers only. All work shall meet state and local codes. The building will be roofed only with no sides. The low side of roof will project over existing building to shed water, Gutters will not be required. High side of roof will be built as close to existing building as possible without contacting. The site will be prepared by Walton County within +/-2 inches of subgrade *Please provide an alternate proposal to include a 4inch, 3000 psi concrete slab. Walton County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals for a 60' x 90' pre-engineered metal building to be used for a livestock barn.
