Evaluation criteria for this Request for Qualifications is as follows:
1. Qualifications and ability of Firm and professional personnel (maximum of 40 points), including:
o Qualifications of Firm;
o Qualifications of proposed team;
o Qualifications of proposed subconsultants, if any; and
o Recent, current, and projected workload of the Firm, and willingness to meet contract time requirements;
2. Prior/Current Performance on projects (maximum 40 points), including:
o The prior and/or current performance of the Firm and all professionals proposed for use on the team in the planning, design, and administration of project(s)
performed.
o References for a minimum of three projects for the Firm/proposed subconsultants and at least five projects on which individual team members were involved are required. To potentially achieve a high ranking here a higher number of relevant, comparable projects for the Firm and/or its team members should have been performed, backed by positive, verifiable references. Projects should be those completed as recent as possible, but no later than in the past ten years.
3. Technical Approach / Methodology (maximum 20 points), including:
o The Firm's demonstrated understanding of the County's objective(s); and
o The Firm's proposed work plan to achieve those objective(s). Participation by small, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses is encouraged. The County in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, accept any proposal or any combination of proposals, or waive any minor irregularity or technicality in proposals received and may, at its sole discretion, request a requalification, when in its sole judgment, it will best serve public interest.
