The Johnson County Independence Park Pickleball Courts Project. Bid Security In The Amount Of 2% Of The Bid Amount, Including Alternates, Must Accompany Each Bid In Accordance With The Instruction To Bidders. Bid Security Shall Be In The Form Of A Bid Bond, Cashiers Check, Or Certified Check Which Shall Be Payable To The Board Of Commissioners Of Johnson County, Indiana. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required To Furnish Performance And Payment Bonds For One Hundred Percent (100%) Of The Contract Price Prior To The Execution Of Contracts. The Commissioners Reserve The Right To Accept Or Reject And Bid And To Waive Any Irregularities In Bidding. All Bids May Be Held For Period Not To Exceed One Hundred Twenty (120) Days Before Awarding Contracts.
