The Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network (PSERN) operates and maintains the P25 public safety radio network serving King County WA. The network has over 60 land mobile radio (LMR) and microwave transmission sites serving public safety agencies including police/fire/ambulance services, court and jail services, utilities, and public transit. There are over 18000 radio users across King County using portable and mobile radios, plus 20 dispatch sites using dispatch consoles, consolettes, and control stations. PSERN is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing tower inspections, observation reports, and structural analysis services on a specific scope of work basis. The PSERN Operator has 37 towers in its network ranging from 125' to 300': 4 Monopoles 1 Guyed 32 Self-Supporters/Lattice PSERN will select one firm and issue a Professional Service Agreement based upon qualifications received for the services requested. The selected firm will provide tower inspections, structural analysis, design tower upgrades, and observation reports defined by Work Order Request.
