Reference Number 0000275250 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/22 10:00:00 AM EDT The Montreal Port Authority (MPA) wishes to retain the services of a Service Provider to provide maintenance services for all HVAC equipment belonging to it on the territory of the Port of Montreal. The Service Provider will have to provide 3 full-time qualified technicians plus a part-time Project Manager to coordinate their work: To ensure that systems and Equipment operate according to their design performance and fully fulfill their functions. To extend the life of systems and equipment. To improve their energy efficiency. To maintain their reliability. To maintain their operating capacity at their original nominal condition. The original nominal conditions are the flow rate, heating capacity and/or cooling capacity of the Equipment at the time of its original installation. To ensure the comfort of occupants at all times. To ensure indoor air quality at all times. To advise the APM and propose improvements in order to achieve the objectives. To comply with laws, codes and regulations. The Work generally includes the labor, tools, parts, replacement, products, supply and installation of all Materials and Equipment required for the Service Work for the maintenance of HVAC and controls systems with full warranty, for the duration of the Contract. The initial term of the Contract including the probationary period is FOUR (4) years, from its effective date. The Service Provider hereby grants the APM TWO (2) options to renew the Contract for an additional term of TWO (2) years each.
