Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a data center facility; educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and data center facility.
As of February 21, 2025, construction had commenced Fall 2024, and all trades have been awarded. General Contractors, Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) Subcontractors, Electrical Subcontractors, Roofing Subcontractors, and Fire Sprinkler Subcontractors are required to prequalify prior to requesting Bid Documents. UA Master List will NOT apply for Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) and Electrical Subcontractors, but waiver requests will be allowed.
