Site work for a municipal facility in Pinellas Park, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

As of October 3, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 4, 2024. The Contractor shall perform all required work and shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation service required to complete the construction all in strict compliance with the plans and specifications, including any and all Addenda, and together with all contract Documents hereinafter enumerated and made a part thereof. It is understood and agreed that said labor, materials, tools, equipment, and service shall be furnished and said work performed and completed subject to the satisfaction of the City and subject to the final approval of the City and its authorized representative. Address any/all questions regarding this project to Purchasing@Pinellas-Park.com no later than 10:00 A.M. EST on Friday, 23 August 2024. Install an 8' concrete wall going around the perimeter of the south parking lot. Project consists of installing approximately 1600LF of an 8' precast wall with decorative caps on the columns and 3- 16' openings with rolling gates, and approximately 100' of 8' 6GA chain link fencing and a 20' rolling gate, located at 6101 78th Ave North in Pinellas Park. FL 33781 This project has a budget of $200,000.00.
