Purchase interior wooden doors, door frames, and door hardware. The Tuscaloosa County Commission will receive sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) for interior doors, door frames, and door hardware to be supplied for the Synergic Center Renovation project PHASE 2 in Tuscaloosa County. Tuscaloosa County is seeking a door supply company to provide and deliver to a designated Tuscaloosa County facility located near downtown Northport at 3500 5th Street, Northport, AL 35476. The interior doors, door frames, and door hardware for PHASE 2 shall include necessary drawings that will be provided to the Owner to develop a foundation design to be hung and installed by the Owner. The bid should include (23) 8' interior factory finished wooden doors, A GRADE - ROTARY NATURAL BIRCH, (16) 8' aluminum Knock Down door frames, and (16) sets of door hardware, KEYED TO EXISTING KEY SYSTEM. All wooden doors will need to be cord drilled and prepped for electronic door hardware, however, ONLY doors highlighted on the drawing will need to have electronic hardware to match existing door hardware. TPYE II Frame system cut sheets have been provided. The door hardware must be Mortise hardware: ML180EUL3626 and transfer Hinge: ETH2WH4.5X4.5626, cut sheets have been provided. locations and specifications throughout PHASE 2, however, only doors illustrated in (GREEN) will be needed. The door number to quote is as follows: 1120A, 1120A, 1120B, 1120C, 1120D, 1121A, 1122A, 1123A, 1124A, 1126A, 1128A, 1128B, 1130A, 1148A, 1152A, and 1153A. All door numbers in (RED) have been omitted. Only the following doors will need to be electronic hardware and hinge; 1120C, 1121A, 1122A, 1124A, 1126A, 1128A, 1128B, and 1130A, (a diagram is included with yellow highlighted areas).
