Failure to submit these forms may result in the disqualification of the bidder and rejection of the bid Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the Gloucester City Board of Education, for ten (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000.
