Site work for a water / sewer project in Binger, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least fve percent (5%) of the amount of Proposal, as guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and furnish the acceptable Performance Bond, Labor & Maintenance Bond, Owner's Protective Liability Policy, and Certifcates of Insurance within ffteen (15) days after the award of the contract. The time allowed for completion of this project is 30 working days. The project consists of: Replacement with Pipe Bursting of 8" Poly Pipe DR 17 or an Open Cut in Alley 8" PVC SDR 35 Pipe to serve Block 2 in Binger Oklahoma. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project within the allotted time or authorized extensions thereof, shall be $3500.00 per working day. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, for the beneft of the Owner.
