Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Plans and specifications are for viewing purposes only and in order to be considered an official bidder contractors must obtain plans and specifications from Goodwyn Mills & Cawood LLC. The principal items of work are Approximately as follows: 832 cy of unclassified excavation, 50 cy of borrow excavation, 4903 sq Yd of concrete sidewalk, and other miscellaneous items for sidewalk construction including Striping, traffic control, drainage, and erosion control items. All questions or comments must be received in this office by 12:00 P.M., Friday, August 23, 2024. The entire project shall be Completed in 35 working days. A cashier's check or bid bond for 5% of the amount bid (maximum of $10,000.00) and made payable to the city of jacksonville must accompany each bid as evidence of good faith. It is not required that a contractor be licensed in order to submit a bid; however, prior to award of a contract, proper proof of all applicable licensures must be provided by the contractor The right to reject any or all bids is reserved. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
