US Coast Guard Station New Orleans' sprinkler system needs repairs to include: testing and installation of a drain on the dry system, 4 outdated gauges replaced, removal of an inoperable water motor gong, removal of 135 dry pendants and installation of up-rights, replacement of 15 deficient heads, replacement of 5 missing escutcheons, the trouble-shooting of a tamper switch, trash removal and site cleaning, and functional testing after work completion. Contractor shall provide labor, materials and equipment for sprinkler system repair. 2. Install missing test and drain on dry system. 3. Replace 4 outdated gauges. 4. Remove inoperable water motor gong. 5. Pull 135 dry pendants where ceiling is missing and install upright. 6. Replace 15 deficient heads inside building. 7. Replace 5 missing escutcheons. 8. Troubleshoot tamper switch that is not working. 9. Upon completion of this work remove any associated debris from the jobsite. 10. Contractor shall provide a functional system. 11. Contractor shall provide a 1-year warranty on parts and labor 12. Complete operational test of all repairs with Station Engineering point of contact before filling repaired area. 13. Contractor will remove any excess waste materials left after repairs are completed, jobsite will be cleaned. The contractor shall not use Coast Guard dumpsters or any waste receptacles for disposal of debris.
