Base Bid- This project consists of construction of concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps, concrete curb, concrete slope gutter, combination concrete curb & gutter, roadway restoration and pavement striping as well as other various restoration on Mossbank Road and Treeneedle Road for the ROADWAY & PARKING IMPROVEMENTS TO MOSSBANK & TREENEEDLE in the Borough of Point Pleasant, Ocean County, New Jersey. Construction shall include the following items: Base Bid 1. Clearing Site- Item shall include the removal and approved off-site disposal of all existing asphalt, concrete, and all else required to install the proposed improvements as shown on the plans. Construction shall occur in accordance with Section 201 - Clearing Site of the 2019 NJDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction.
